Here’s a gift for all women
who read this and want to celebrate their Womaness!
(I know it’s not a word…I like making up words; that’s the advantage of not being a native speaker! 😉
This year, I want to celebrate all of you women by offering you various types of sessions for the whole month of March on a give-what-you-can-basis. It’s my gift to you as a woman!
I offer work with the nervous system, acupressure points, touch, Massage, and mindfulness in the body, in person or on Zoom.
You may want to feel cocooned, discover specific body parts, get your energy moving, or calm down your nervous system. So whatever it is, you would like to be the right thing for you, we’ll do it; you will give me whatever you feel it’s worth for you or whatever you can.
I so enjoy seeing the change in my clients after sessions.
Sometimes, as one of my clients said recently, she felt super relaxed, and it showed even on her face. It happens that there’s such a deep relaxation that it needs some time to rest afterwards to integrate. Or, at other times, you’re so full of energy that you wanna create something new; as another client told me, she had gotten back into her creativity and felt so much better.
So, depending on what it is and where you are in your life, you need different things.
Also, if you want to explore where you are in your life and what’s important to you, we can do that in a coaching session. It’s great to have a sounding board and time to listen inside of you to see what’s up.
So, please call or write me to book your special women’s session; it can also be via Zoom for the work with the nervous system and body-mind coaching.
What does it mean to be a woman
Depending on your age, it may mean many different things.
At 18, when we are officially adult women, we will see and live life quite differently from when we are 65 and mainly not involved in regular work life anymore.
When I was 18, I wanted to travel. I needed to get out of this old system in Europe, all these old places, conditionings, and the old world, and see the whole world, new things, and new ways to live. And that’s what I did. Since then, I’ve lived on four continents and learned many languages because I’ve lived in different countries.
Now, I am in a completely different place in my life. I feel so much calmer; there’s no need to go places anymore, even though I still enjoy travelling. My focus is more inward than outward now; that’s also got to do with age, I guess.
Also, in my professional life, my focus has changed from the outer to the inner. Before, it was all about how to expand and how to have many things going, like group work and plenty of clients.
Now, I notice that I like to go even more in-depth when I work with people; I prioritize having space for intimacy and trust-building over having a large client basis.
I turn it over to you… where are you in your life? Take a moment to check in! What is fulfilling, and what is lacking? Where would you like to make changes? Which way do you want your life to look?
These questions are relevant, no matter which gender you are!
