Here’s what happened to me…
I was lying in my bed; my heart was racing, I was feeling panicked. Knowing, my heart was not the problem. Knowing that there was no actual danger. And still, I could not sleep, and my system was not calming down.
I went to my meditation place to sit and reflect. What was going on?
My survival mode was set off by something that happens every year. Springtime! Along with some financial difficulties.
Though spring is not a problem in itself, my body remembers danger in spring.
Why spring? I had unresolved traumatic events happening in spring in my childhood that had been creating trouble in my body since forever.
And money wasn’t really a problem either because I knew that my business, though lately a bit slow, would soon pick up again. And, at the same time, it has been my main trigger in the last few years. As a child, I heard that money wasn’t there for this and that; it never seemed there was enough of it, and finances were always related to stress in my birth family.
That’s why the combination of both sent my body-mind system into panic and survival mode. It brought up old fears, childhood memories of stress and danger, of feeling helpless and hopeless.
Then and there, I knew I needed help to face and dissolve the overwhelming and exhausting emotional and physical charge that persisted in my body-mind.
For the last 35 years, I searched, tried out, curated all kinds of methods, therapies and exercises to find what works. Even though some were not helping me or even made my condition worse, I did find methods that provided relief and made me feel better in at least some way.
I managed to extract the best of everything I discovered. There is a saying: When the disciple is ready, the master comes. And so, it was. I found my way to dissolve and transform the traumatic childhood events and the negative money conditioning from my past in my mind, body and emotions.
I feel so much freer, happier and more peaceful in myself. There is a stable base, a foundation in me. It makes it possible to pass difficult moments, like the recent loss of my mother. Somehow I’m not affected negatively by things that would bother me greatly and throw me in turmoil before! I still feel emotions like anger or sadness, but they don’t overwhelm me. And I quickly get back to a joyful and peaceful place inside!
The support from professionals, the tools and exercises I learnt, the meditations and mindfulness practice all made it possible for me to be the person I am today. Someone who now helps others navigate the rough patches while feeling balanced and peaceful inside.

Why the Energy Centres (Chakras)?
In my early life, I lived for years in an Ashram in India. In Indian culture, Chakras are a very normal thing. It’s understood that we have these energy centers in our bodies that rule our states and feelings. Our thinking and doing.
And I was very curious. So, I learnt about the chakras.
When you are young, your body-mind system is entirely open to your environment’s influences and conditionings. Unfortunately, many things can and do happen that make us shrink, suppressing our natural joy and aliveness, making us feel helpless and in danger. We understood, through what was happening, that we weren’t worth being listened to. We had little or no support, and it seemed and still seems that we can only count on ourselves.
All this makes the energy centres, the chakras, become closed, shrink or blocked. The less vital they are, the worse you feel. The Chakras relate to fundamental topics in everybody’s life. That’s why it’s so curative to use them for transforming the old trauma, pain and suffering.
Let me give you an example:
When one understands through childhood experiences that one needs to shut up and it’s safer not being noticed, like, for example, with an alcoholic parent, the throat chakra is affected. It becomes difficult in later years to express what we need and want. That begins a vicious cycle because our throat chakra is even less energetic, making for even worse feelings, like: “Nobody listens to me”, “It’s not important what I want”, “I don’t have the right to express my feelings” and an endless combination and deepening around this topic.
Once these feelings are out in the open, it’s possible to change them to beliefs that actually support our growth and happiness.
Now, after all the training, courses, and sessions I’ve had in my life from different experts in the field of energy, therapy and psychology, I have a vast toolbox from which to choose when helping my clients.

Module 1: First Chakra: Root
In Module 1, you will be guided to connect to Mother Earth, by travelling into your first chakra: The Root chakra. It is the basis on which your trust in life is built. It’s like the foundation of a house. Everything built upon it depends on its solidity. That’s why it’s so important to help you get clear about what your pain is — Is it sadness, anger, grief, hate, regret, shame, guilt or something else? Once you can identify the root cause of your pain, you can select the right steps to release it, so you can finally feel nurtured, supported, and ready to face life’s challenges.
Module 2: Second Chakra: Hara
In Module 2, you’ll go with your pain into the second chakra and discover — quite surprisingly! –your vital life force and creative power. Often this chakra has been blocked, because of all the overwhelming bad feelings and negative conditioning around sexuality and when a child has lots of energy (or “Attention Deficit Disorder” as it’s called nowadays 😉 it seems to make life so much more difficult for the parents (“don’t make so much noise, kids!”). Now that you feel your full energy you can use it for any project, for any vision, for any relationship that is important to you!
Module 3: Third Chakra: Solar Plexus
In Module 3, you will develop, discover, uncover your confidence, your self-esteem, your power. This is especially important if you’ve ever felt powerless and disregarded, which so often takes root at a young age when one has lived through traumatic experiences.
This will make it possible for you to go for what you want, regardless of others’ opinions or objections.
Module 4: Fourth Chakra: Heart
In Module 4, you will explore opening your heart to learn and experience giving and receiving love. That means opening up even if you have all this pain in your heart from earlier terrible experiences (which made you swear not to open your heart again and to never, ever feel so much hurt again!).
Having an open heart is essential to connect in a real way with new acquaintances and intimately with your loved ones. Which will make being together so much more rewarding and nourishing for the both of you.
Module 5: Fifth Chakra: Throat
Module 5 is all about rediscovering the joy of expressing yourself… even when you need to share painful feelings. You will learn to authentically and appropriately communicate feelings, whatever they are, with close ones… so they see and appreciate who you are and to connect with them in a profound way that’s nourishing for both of you.
This will allow you to be real with anybody and still feel attuned with them to tell your truth.
Module 6: Sixth Chakra: Third Eye
In Module 6, you will get in touch with the higher purpose of your pain… what is it possibly teaching you? The sixth chakra is all about clear seeing (that’s why it’s also called third eye chakra) and intuition beyond our personal likes and dislikes.
You will start seeing your pain from a different place, a place in which you are not identified with the suffering and pain, one that is outside and detached from it. Through your sixth chakra, you will, with more ease, look at your past story with understanding and — at last — even start to appreciate what it is revealing to you!
Module 7: Seventh Chakra: Crown chakra
At the end of our time together, in Module 7, you will arrive at the point where you notice how the pain you’ve had for such a long time connects with your life purpose! You will also allow yourself to open up to feel supported by the universe, by a higher power, a well-meaning energy, by God or whatever force you believe exists.
If you weren’t yet sure you believed in a higher power, then you will be invited to imagine it, get in contact with it, and open your heart and mind to the possibility of this loving, magical presence.
Once you feel and know about this higher power, you can always rely on it… it has your back! That makes everything possible for you now!
In this individual 7-week package, you will get help to navigate this slippery slope of not losing yourself in all the emotions coming up… according to your unique pain and at your pace. At the same time, we do not suppress the feelings but transform them into assets and strength.

The time foreseen for the exercises per day is about 5 to 20 minutes. This can be easily included in your day by coupling it with some other activity you’re already doing.

Answer: I don’t actually work in-depth with people if they don’t commit themselves to it.

Answer: You don’t need to know anything about the Chakras, nor believe in them. The way we work is about experientially feeling into the areas, and it’s not essential to believe in Chakras to notice what’s happening in your body and mind. We work with what you feel. So whether you do or do not believe in Chakras won’t make a difference because I help you access them and start moving energy so that you begin to feel better.
